Pro is sold through Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles any VAT or sales tax. You can upgrade or cancel from your account at any time.
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment, your first one or a renewal, and you get a full refund, no reason needed. Request it at paddle.net with the email on your receipt, or email support@copyaware.com. Details are in our refund policy.
Any set of Popular Investors you want to analyze together: the traders you copy today, or ones you're weighing up. CopyAware computes the return correlation between every pair, a concentration score for the whole basket from those correlations, and the shared holdings of the most closely linked pair.
Yes. Upgrade from Free to Pro any time. To go back to Free, cancel Pro: you keep it until the end of the period you've paid for, and your saved baskets and watchlist stay. To switch between monthly and annual billing, email support@copyaware.com and we'll change it for you.
