Who we are
CopyAware is operated by Mockupnest Inc., a Delaware corporation, 600 N Broad Street, Suite 5 #3414, Middletown, DE 19709, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms form a binding agreement between you and Mockupnest Inc. By creating an account or using CopyAware, you agree to them.
The service
CopyAware is an analytics tool for eToro copy trading. It reads eToro's public data to measure the return correlation, holdings overlap, and concentration of the Popular Investors you choose to analyze, and presents plain-language readings of those figures. It does not connect to your eToro account and never places a trade. We do not guarantee any return, ranking, or outcome, and we make no such promise.
Not financial advice
CopyAware is informational only. Nothing it shows or generates is financial, investment, or trading advice, a recommendation to copy, hold, or drop any trader, or a solicitation to buy or sell anything. We are not a broker or adviser. Copy trading carries risk, including the loss of capital; any decision you make is yours alone, and you should seek independent advice where appropriate.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for how you act on the analytics we provide. CopyAware does not execute trades — any decision to copy, hold, or drop a trader is yours. Don’t use CopyAware to abuse eToro’s or our AI provider’s services.
Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle processes your payment, issues your receipt, handles applicable taxes, and provides customer service for billing enquiries and refunds under its own buyer terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can upgrade or cancel anytime from your account, and change your billing interval by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, as described in our Refund Policy (/refunds). If you think you were charged in error, contact support@copyaware.com and we will help you resolve it with Paddle.
Acceptable use
No reverse-engineering, resale, or automated scraping of the service beyond your plan’s limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put our data-provider access at risk.
Limitation of liability
CopyAware is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
AI systems (transparency)
CopyAware uses a third-party AI system (Anthropic's Claude) to turn the computed figures into plain-language readings. The math is deterministic and computed by CopyAware; the AI only paraphrases it, and its output is clearly labelled. AI text can be incomplete or wrong — you are responsible for reviewing it before acting, and none of it is financial advice.
Data processing (DPA)
Our sub-processors are listed in the Privacy Policy. Business customers who need a Data Processing Agreement can request one at support@copyaware.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
