Our refund promise

If CopyAware Pro isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment: your first one or a renewal. You don't have to give a reason.

2

How to ask for a refund

CopyAware Pro is sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle. The quickest way is paddle.net: look up your purchase with the email on your receipt and choose to request a refund. You can also reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you, or email support@copyaware.com and we'll arrange it with Paddle for you.

3

When the money comes back

Paddle refunds to the payment method you used. Most refunds reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

4

What happens to your account

When a full refund is approved, your subscription ends straight away, so you won't be charged again, and your account moves back to the Free plan. Your saved baskets and watchlist stay; you just can't save new ones beyond Free's limits.

5

Cancelling is different from a refund

Cancelling stops future renewals: you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing is refunded. A refund returns your payment and ends Pro right away. Cancel any time from Plans & billing, under “Manage billing & invoices”.

6

Your legal rights

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law; it doesn't replace them. If you are in the EU or UK, the statutory rights described in Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
